Meet your Coach
More than only learning to dive deeper, my goal is to help you become a calmer, safer and more confident freediver. Every coaching session is tailored to your needs, combining technical precision with the body awareness and relaxation tools I've developed through years of practicing and teaching Yoga.
My Coaching Approach
Where technical precision meets mindful coaching
No two freedivers are the same, so no two coaching sessions should be either.
Every session is designed around your current needs and integrated into a personalised progression plan. With my background as an engineer, I bring a structured and methodical approach to coaching, ensuring that every exercise has a clear purpose and contributes to your long-term development.
At the same time, over a decade of practicing and teaching yoga has shaped the way I guide my students. Calmness, patience and attentive observation are at the heart of every session, together with relaxation, visualization and body awareness techniques that help you develop confidence and efficiency in the water.
My goal isn't simply to help you dive deeper — it's to help you become a calmer, safer and more accomplished freediver.
As a wise man once said : depth shouldn’t be the goal, it is the consequence of a relaxed dive.
My Story
My name is Jeremy.
I grew up in France, where I spent most of my early years on the track. I competed in Decathlon and ended up reaching the national level. Sport was really my whole world back then.
Later, as I moved into my career as an engineer in Germany, things shifted. I was doing well professionally, but it came with a cost. Long hours, pressure, and constant stress slowly pushed me toward burnout. That’s when I turned to meditation. It gave me some space to breathe, to understand myself a bit better, and to find some calm and balance again.
Curious about where this inner shift could lead, I started traveling. I met people who had a very different relationship with life, I studied Yoga more seriously, and I eventually trained as a yoga instructor in 2019. Living the five pillars of Yoga changed a lot for me — but I still felt something was missing.
Then I discovered freediving. That was the piece I’d been looking for. Freediving isn’t just a sport; it’s a way of moving through the world. It connects the body, the mind, and something deeper. When you’re underwater, time slows down. Everything becomes simple. You’re completely in the present moment, in tune with the ocean.
Wherever you are on your own path, I’d love to share this with you — the ocean, the silence, the freedom it brings. Come dive with me, and let’s explore this flow together. 🌊
