About me

Hello, my name is Jeremy.

I grew up in France, where I spent most of my early years on the track. I competed in Decathlon and ended up reaching the national level — sport was really my whole world back then.

Later, as I moved into my career as an engineer, things shifted. I was doing well professionally, but it came with a cost. Long hours, pressure, and constant stress slowly pushed me toward burnout. That’s when I turned to meditation. It gave me some space to breathe, to understand myself a bit better, and to find some calm again.

Curious about where this inner shift could lead, I started traveling. I met people who had a very different relationship with life, studied Yoga more seriously, and eventually trained as a yoga instructor in 2019. Living the five pillars of Yoga changed a lot for me — but I still felt something was missing.

Then I discovered freediving. That was the piece I’d been looking for. Freediving isn’t just a sport; it’s a way of moving through the world. It connects the body, the mind, and something deeper. When you’re underwater, time slows down. Everything becomes simple. You’re completely in the present moment, in tune with the ocean.

Wherever you are on your own path, I’d love to share this with you — the ocean, the silence, the freedom it brings. Come dive with me, and let’s explore this flow together. 🌊
